4種英文面試可以問面試官的問題類型，有深度的問題跟普通的問題都有喔 😆

曾經有學生跟我分享他在準備Google的英文面試的時候，
最後面試完面試官問我學生有沒有甚麼問題想問他

結果學生說他當下好像想不到有什麼有深度的問題可以問對方 😆😆😆

所以底下我來詳細整理四種可以問面試官的問題類型：

• 👉 關於工作細節
  
• 👉 關於職務挑戰&合適度
  
• 👉 關於公司文化&願景
  
• 👉 問面試官在公司的工作經驗
  

有深度的問題跟普通問題都有喔~ 😆

① 關於工作細節

🎈 Can you describe the ¹first-year ²accountabilities for this role and the ³metrics you would use to ⁴evaluate my performance?

能否描述¹第一年的²工作職責，然後會用怎樣的³指標來⁴評估我的工作表現？

1. 👉 the first-year：第一年的​
   
2. ​👉 accountabilities：工作職責​
   
3. 👉 metrics：指標 (通常是一些評估工作成果的量化數據指標)
   
4. 👉 evaluate 某事/表現/成果：評估某事/表現/成果

​🎈 ²Has the ¹salary range/accountabilities ²been determined for this position?​

這個職缺的¹薪資範圍/工作職責²是固定的嗎？

1. 👉 salary range：薪資範圍​
   
2. 👉 某事 be determined：某事被確定/被固定下來​

🎈 What is the day-to-day routine like for this position?​

​每天要做的例行性工作是甚麼？

• 👉 day-to-day routine：每日固定的工作內容​

🎈 Who will I be ¹reporting to and who will I be ²working with?

​我要¹報告給誰，然後我會²跟誰一起工作？

1. 👉 report to 誰：報告給誰
   
2. 👉 work with 誰：跟誰工作​

🎈 When do you plan to make a hiring decision?"

甚麼時候會做出要不要錄取我的決定呢？

• 👉 hiring decision：錄取決定​

🎈 Can you describe the travel requirements?​

如果要出差的話，出差的情況/需求會是怎樣？

• 👉 travel requirements：​出差的實際狀況，
  需要多頻繁出差，一次出差多久等等細節​

② 關於職務挑戰&合適度

🎈 What are the key challenges of the role?

工作主要挑戰是甚麼？

• 👉 key challenges：主要的挑戰​
  

​

🎈 If I were to come to work for you, what can I expect during the first thirty to sixty days?

​如果我來這裡工作，一開始一兩個月會需要忙些甚麼？

• 👉 If I were to：(假設性的口氣問) 如果我怎樣怎樣...
  

🎈 Why has this role become available?"

為什麼這個職缺會空出來？

• 👉 某職缺 become available：某職缺現在空缺出來 (所以需要新的人選)
  

​

🎈 What type of opportunities are there for someone in this role, say three to five years out?

這個工作如果做三到五年後，會有甚麼其他發展的機會嗎？

• 👉 opportunities：這裡指的是在公司內有沒有其他發展的機會​
  ​(eg, 升官，外派，承接更重大專案等等)​

③ 關於公司文化&願景

🎈 Can you describe your ¹company culture and how it ²plays a role in the success of the company?

你可以講講¹公司文化並且分享為何這樣的文化²可以讓公司變得成功呢？

(OS: 這個問題好高級啊 XD)

1. 👉 company culture：公司文化​
   
2. 👉 plays a role in 某方面：​在某方面扮演了怎樣的角色​

🎈 Where do you see this company in the next five to ten years?

公司未來五到十年大概會往怎樣的方向走呢？

• 👉 in the next ___ to..：未來某時間到另一個時間這段期間​

​

🎈 What ¹traits would make a ²candidate successful?

怎樣的¹特質對你們來說是好的²職缺候選人特質呢？

1. 👉 traits：人格特質、個性​
   
2. 👉 candidate：職缺候選人​
   

④ 問面試官在公司的工作經驗

🎈 What drew you to this team?

你為什麼會來現在這個團隊呢？

• 👉 drew 誰：把誰吸引過去​
  

🎈 ¹What do you find ²most challenging ¹about working at XXX?​

​¹你覺得關於在XXX這個公司工作²最挑戰的方面¹是甚麼呢？

1. 👉 What do you find + 形容詞 ＋about 某事：​
   關於某件事你覺得...的方面是甚麼呢？​
   
2. 👉 most challenging：最挑戰的​
