Lesson 3 Do Animals Sleep Like You and Me?

You may know that brown bears hibernate and that goldfish sleep (1) closing their eyes, but have you ever wondered how other animals sleep? You might be surprised when you read some of the following  (2)  facts about animals’ sleeping habits.

Unlike most mammals, giraffes sleep very little. In fact, (3) that some giraffes sleep only thirty minutes a day (4) average.
