Here are some practices to the article and I shared the article link below:
I try to answer the questions from exercise 3.

Yes, I'm really surprised that walking dogs is illegal in Tehran.
Even I'm not a pet owner, and actually, I'm a little bit scared by of dogs. But~ that doesn't mean other people can't walk dogs on the road. And I know, even someone walking dogs on the road, that doesn't mean they are..." westernization people", that is my opinion.
3.
I don't know if are there any dog-walking rules in my town, but I know most the people, when they walk dogs in the town, would take their pet's excrement away. And would let their pets just walk in the park or sidewalk, yap, that's all.
4.
I haven't adopted or bought a pet in an official way,
but I google something about that on the website, maybe we could take the "Taipei City Animal Protection Office" for example,
if you want to adopt a cat or dog in TP, you need to fill out an application form and check your identity by the office worker.
And then you should take your pet to the veterinarian(va特in內ri恩), implant a chip and make a health examination, got the certificate.
And finally, you can take your pet home.
5.
If my memory serves me right, one of my friends got a new pet recently. He got a new turtle these days. He and his girlfriend named the turtle "small cucumber".
Because the color of the turtle's foot is yellow.
It is a kind of Yellow-Footed-Tortoise(ˈtôrdəs), and the biggest size they can grow is about 28 cm(centimeter).
If they are healthy, they will be alive from 50 to 60 years old. And their main food is plants.
That's all I can know, and these information is always from my friend's posts on social platforms.
