The worst boss I have ever met is when I was working for a golf court.
This supervisor is not very good at teaching, but he likes to shout at his staff in an aggressive(挑釁的) manner(方式;態度),
like: Why don't you even know this? Are you a pig?
It is easily easy to let make employees lose their confidence.
And he always like to say: You guys , thanks to shound thank me to for hire hiring you, otherwise, which company would be willing to hire you with such awful work skill?
※ thank you 不會說成 "thank to you",thank me同理。
※ thank to me 多虧我;幸好有我
※ let-無所為-do nothing ex. Let me go.
※ make-有所為-do something ex. I study every day to make my parents happy.
I quit after working for less than half a year(不到半年) because I lost all of my confidence.
Kind of some workers can stay there for a long time, because they can contribute to the court from other ways, like their family is the court member or the family can bring big money to the court.
Or if you don't have a rich family, what you can do? Just ignore the supervisor's loud roars, and then you can stay for a long time.
(離職率高 High turnover rate)
