Daily Hope: Fragments of Luck from TaiwanThese pieces were collected from local lottery shops found on almost every street corner. I was drawn to the scratched silver textures, the bold "Lucky" (幸運) characters, and the uniquely Taiwanese "Jackpot Hunter" (獎金獵人) typography.
Each magnet captures a small "What if I win?" dream. Even though the tickets themselves have expired, that yearning for good fortune has been transformed into a lasting visual specimen, they’ve become tiny amulets that capture the spirit of the everyday hustle and hope.
