"How do you prioritize tasks?" I'm not sure if it's because of the new month, but I woke up early today and full of energy, haha. When it comes to prioritizing tasks, often use the method from "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey, which divides tasks into four quadrants based on "importance" and "urgency." As for defining "importance," Japanese talent development consultant Yoshida Yukihiro suggests using "results" and "degree of achievement" as two criteria to divide importance into four quadrants. Based on these methods, I think in simplifying task prioritization based on "effectiveness" and "time requirements" as the two axes.
