I regret to inform you of an issue regarding our recent order with your delivery of 50 pairs of red sandals, PO 13m12, received May 1, 2024.

We had ordered 50 pairs of blue sandals, but when we received our shipment, we found that 50 pairs of red sandals were delivered instead. I have always been satisfied with the quality of your products, but I am afraid I will have to request a refund or replacement for this order.
