據說這本是教小朋友可以有負面情緒的情緒繪本，純粹因為字數少，圖案美而借回家，但看了卻有另一種感想。

小企鵝一早醒來就抱怨不停，旁邊的海獅看到受不了了拍拍他肩膀，問他難道沒有留意到這些他抱怨的事情有另一面美好嗎？泰然處之。

很喜歡海獅開導小企鵝說的這段話：

Yes, some things are challenging out here.

Yes, we all have difficult moments.

But hear me now, my new friend:

I wouldn’t trade my life for any other, and I am quite sure you wouldn’t, either.

I am certain that when you think about it, you’ll realize that you are exactly where you need to be.

小海獅聽了雖然覺得這個海獅怪怪的，但也開始轉念並開始覺得事情會慢慢好轉的。

Theis is my only home, and this is my only life.

Maybe things will work out, after all.
