魔法壞女巫 第二部 已經在台灣上映了，現在在德國真希望能找個機會去電影院看。

劇情的轉折點
這一首曲目，是魔法壞女巫上集中，劇情到了最美好、最歡樂的時候。以這首曲目為分水嶺，前面講述著艾法芭如何從不受父親寵愛的女兒、被妹妹嫌棄的姐姐，變成格琳達的好朋友，又受到學校老師與大巫師的看重。
然而這首曲目之中，歌詞裡偷偷地暗示了接下來的劇情，會有快速的轉折。通常會覺得一天過得很快，是因為當天發生了很多事情。歌名「短暫的一天」，即預告了接下來會有許多的新資訊與事件，而在這一天「享盡了一生的快樂」，更是表示在這之後，會從原本高興、充滿成長與希望的氛圍，急轉直下。
電影版的特別來賓
魔法壞女巫 〈One Short Day〉 電影片段
在魔法壞女巫的電影裡，特別問這首歌曲額外增加了一個段落，是原先音樂劇裡沒有的。
在這特別段落登場的兩位歌手，就是Wicked 音樂劇初代的艾法芭與格琳達：Idina Menzel 與 Kristin Chenoweth。當初在電影院看到她們兩個出場的這一幕，差點尖叫出來，實在是太驚喜了！
不過目前還不確定，這段新增的段落裡，歌詞中的資訊是否在第二部裡會重現。得等到看完第二部以後，才能跟大家分享。
