For who I wish to accompany every day,

In the English cram school I work in, as a part-time TA, I see many students walking in and out, just like products being sent in and out from a factory. Students there are asked to memorize plenty of vocabularies, grammar rules, and idioms so that they can compose well on tests such as GSAT. That is what cram school usually does and is seemingly helpful. However, is it the best way to study English? Many of students hate to do their homework--memorizing new words and recording. I have listened to many students’record, and most of them were awful because they wanted to finish recording as soon as possible. Last Wednesday, when I asked students to hand in there homework--a test sheet, just 3 in 8 completely wrote it. Among those who did not do so, one got a 910 on a TOEIC test, which proves that his English ability is rather great. Every one in the cram school is doing the same--following the rules the teacher set before, which are formulas that can turn a child into an excellent student who always gets full scores on tests. Isn't it a factory that produces something crazy?

Sadly, I have to admit that I'm also a product of it. However, with the help of the foreign teacher in my school, I have read some English novels. I discover that when I read a English novel, I can think in English! That's what my teacher emphasizes, and is also what foreigners do. Although many teachers claim that students should learn English through reading novels and watching English movies or TV shows, this method is less efficient than cram schools’ways of teaching students. So which is better? I don't think I am very sure about it. Do you? I know you are going to take another test, so you can respond me later.

And I want to talk about a cool ability that I learned after working in the cram school. Because most officer in the cram school would not call my name before talking to me, so I have to judge that whether the words I hear are said to me, and I have to be focused when others are speaking even I know he or she is not talking to me(cuz he may begin to talk to me in the next second). Isn't it a special ability? Maybe it will benefit me when working in another company in the future.
