Win the game, while the major competitor is myself. Earn the sense of the confidence, by doing real things. Action! Go! The better me, would be!
Also, ask myself, to take a nap for 15-30minutes( lie down, feet upwards& back even relaxed). It’s true that, “ easier to know, not easy to do.” Anyway, I’m doing my best, to take good care of my buddy/body. So, lonely or being alone, not a question anymore. Hear the voice from the body, who does accompany with you from the birth day till pass away. Earn the needed energy, in your favorite way. Action, late is better than never. Reach the level, by practicing. Take it easy, cause no coach is watching. Basically, we are the coaches themselves.
