Meet Ta-遇見獺

The restaurant is an innovative and distinctive restaurant with delicious and quality meals. The owner shared a lot about the hidden features of this restaurant and the trivial things he has experienced. Behind our seemingly novel decorations, there are meaningful stories hidden behind them. These special decorations created by him not only amaze everyone but are also part of the restaurant's eye-catching. We were very happy to have tasted the food of this restaurant and learned the story behind each decoration, and we were even happier to have become friends with the shop owner. He is a very friendly and positive person.
遇見獺是一個創新又很有特色的餐廳,餐點美味且具有品質保證。獺老闆分享了許多關於這間店隱藏的小特色和經歷過的瑣碎小事。在我們看似新奇的裝潢,背後都藏著有意義的小故事。這些由老闆打造的特色裝潢,不僅令大家驚豔,更是餐廳吸睛的一部份。我們很開心能夠品嘗過這間店的美食和了解每個裝潢背後的故事,更令我們開心的是,與一位非常友善又充滿正能量的老闆變成朋友。
身為餐飲系畢業的老闆,希望帶給當地的金門人有更多不一樣的餐飲選擇,也能提供一些平價且有品質保證的飲食,因此想回到金門開創新風格的餐廳,讓當地人在飲食方面,有更多不一樣的選擇。老闆的目標不僅是為了他的故鄉金門出一份力,還想在金門發展新型的餐飲熱潮。為了這個目標,老闆不僅是研發日式餐點, 甚至是自己動手裝潢整間餐廳。
As the shop owner who graduated from the Department of Food and Beverage management, hoping to bring more different dining options to local Kinmen people, and also provide some affordable and quality-guaranteed food. Therefore, he wants to return to Kinmen to open up a new style of restaurant and let the locals have more different choices in terms of food. His goal is not only to contribute to his hometown of Kinmen but also to develop a new type of catering boom in Kinmen. For this goal, he not only develops Japanese-style meals but even decorates the entire restaurant by himself.
在老闆經營餐廳一段時間後,就剛好遇到疫情爆發階段。幾乎所有業主,不管是餐飲業或是觀光業,都有受到疫情波及,嚴重影響生計。老闆經營的餐廳也因為疫情而導致那陣子的來客數幾乎是一天一位,但老闆還是將這個壓力給頂住堅持繼續努力做下去。他幾乎是苦笑著在分享這段心路歷程,我們也能感受得出,面對疫情下的他,也是百般的無奈。
After he ran the restaurant for a period of time, it happened to encounter the outbreak stage. Almost all owners, whether in the catering industry or tourism industry, have been affected by the epidemic, which has seriously affected their livelihoods. Because of the epidemic, the number of visitors at that time was almost one a day, but the boss still resisted the pressure and insisted on continuing to work hard. He is sharing this mental journey with a wry smile, and we can also feel that he is helpless in every way in the face of the epidemic.
由於老闆本人就是畢業於餐飲科系,加上以前的工作經驗,將他們融會貫通在去找尋金門尚未被發展出的餐點。餐點的部分有日式炒麵和火烤吐司較傾向於日式風格且食材都是老闆親自去挑選與採購,相當用心。而餐廳裡面的裝潢大部分都是由老闆一手打造,擺設了許多有意義的東西。像是一走進去就會看到牆上滿滿的漂流木,那是老闆從海邊撿回來再進行拼湊與裝潢,最終形成了一面有特色的漂流木牆,以及在櫃檯旁邊會看到一塊超大的衝浪板,老闆說那塊板子因為底部破洞不能使用了只好拿來店裡作為擺飾,不僅餐點吸引人,連裝潢也很吸睛。

Next to the counter, you will see an oversized surfboard. The shop owner said that the board could not be used because of the hole in the bottom and had to be used as a decoration in the restaurant. Not only the food is attractive, but the decoration is also very eye-catching.
他感謝在開店這段期間遇到的所有人,不論這個人帶給你的回憶是好是壞,都是一種回饋及緣分,也是讓他成長以及前進的動力。從規劃創業到成功開店,最令他難能可貴的事就是,老闆受到很多人的幫忙,不論是朋友們或是顧客們,他都很感激所有幫助過他的人。這間餐廳也令他結識到不少朋友,這些都是創業帶給他最大的收穫。
He is grateful to all the people he met during the period of opening the restaurant. No matter whether the memories this person brings to him are good or bad, it is a kind of feedback and fate, and it is also the driving force for him to grow and move forward. From planning to start a business to successfully opening a restaurant, the most invaluable thing for him is that he has been helped by many people. Whether his friends or customers, he is grateful to everyone who has helped him. This restaurant also made him meet many friends, which are the biggest gains brought to him by entrepreneurship.
