服務費？ Service charge

Recently, I went to have hot pot and spent 935 NTD per person.
I wasn't very happy because I saw on the bill that a 10% service charge was added, but I felt like I didn't receive any service.

I expected to have a server who would help us order and introduce us to the restaurant's specialties on my first visit, but instead, we had to scan a QR code with our phones to order and there was no server.

I wonder if in the future, they will use robots to deliver the food and still charge me a service fee!

Angry.

不太高興

因為看到帳單上面寫服務費收一成

但是我感覺沒有被服務到

我想像中是會有服務人員幫我們點餐，我第一次去就可以請教服務員餐點的特色，再決定要點什麼。

但是！！

進去之後，自己用自己的手機掃QR扣。沒有服務員服務。

該不會以後用機器人送餐

也要收我服務費吧!
