1️⃣ 晚間拉伸 / Evening Stretching
輕鬆伸展手臂、腿部、肩頸 5 分鐘,有助放鬆肌肉。
Gently stretch your arms, legs, and neck for 5 minutes to relax muscles.
2️⃣ 穴位按摩 / Acupoint Massage
安眠穴 (EX-HN3):額頭正中央,輕按 1–2 分鐘,幫助舒緩緊張。
神門 (HT7):手腕內側小指側,按摩 1 分鐘,可放鬆心神。
Anmian (EX-HN3): Center of the forehead, press gently for 1–2 minutes to ease tension.
Shenmen (HT7): Inner wrist on the side of the little finger, massage 1 minute to calm the mind.
3️⃣ 睡前放鬆 / Pre-Sleep Routine
