琪貞芳家膳料理 restaurant is located Keelung City. The indoor design is retro and exquisite.Wooden floors, the dining atmosphere seemed particily warm.

開胃小點是美國常見的道地零食,在派對、賣場、酒館、星巴克隨處可見,也深受小朋友喜愛。麗茲餅乾的鹹配上薄片乾香腸的油,混和在一起,非常開胃。而麵包上塗滿大蒜醬,令我驚艷的是額外加上橄欖油,香味馬上在嘴裡化開。蔬菜湯則是沒有加任何額外調味料,湯是菜本身的甜。
RITZ Crackers with slice dry-sausage、olives is US Common snacks. RITZ Crackers's salty with slice dry-sausage's oil mixed in the mouth at the same time.The slice bread with garlic sauce, you will especially taste the olive oil aroma.
Vegetable soup does not have any additional seasoning, the soup is just the sweetness of the dish itselt.

搭配魚熬成的湯頭,可以嘗到鮑魚和干貝的Q度和甜味,非常新鮮肥美,只是嫩煎就非常美味且不柴。(我真的很不愛吃鮑魚和干貝,可是這真的是我吃過有甜味的!)
FIsh in soup, while tasting this dish, I tasted the sweetness and juicy of scallop and haliotis.

繽紛的色彩顯現出琪貞芳家膳海鮮料理的滿滿熱情。每一口盡是奔放的海潮氣息。
擺盤優雅、華麗、熱情。
The Red、yellow and green color suits 琪貞芳家膳海鮮料理's sea food passion image as well. Thick seafood flavor, The shrimp and small tube which taste is not too hard but yet delicious.

擺盤精緻,第一眼看到了愛心圖案,我自己幫這道菜取魚與蝦的探戈,實在很像在跳舞。而主廚這次選用了一隻尾巴非常漂亮的紅魚。明蝦也貼心的切開了背部和去腳方便剝蝦。湯頭是濃濃的蝦味搭配鴻喜菇,鮮味十足。
The plate display is love image, like the tango of shrimp and fish. The fish is beautyful red fish,the prawn were also thoughtfully cut the back and feet removed.The soup that thick seafood flavor.

第一口先吃玉米筍,玉米筍超甜,原來是淋在上面的紅酒醋醬起了很大的作用,主廚還大方分享紅酒醋秘訣是要加糖讓它稠化,而蔬菜不用煎太熟,放到旁邊讓它繼續熟透即可。難怪玉米筍甜而不膩且飽滿多汁。
而重頭戲嫩煎牛小排熟度三分熟,油脂多卻不油膩,搭配紅酒醋能解油膩。
While eating the corn shoots, the taste is sweet, drizzle red wine vinegar on top played a big role.
The steak is medium rare and is tender and juicy, Pair it with the red wine vinegar to relieve greasiness.

今日最後一道菜,燉牛肉,入口即化,兼具飽足和美味.。
The beef stew is perfect final dish in the end. I feel soft when put in my mouth.
It is satiated and delicious at the same time.

老闆現烤,品嚐時可以聞到微微焦香, 布蕾口感濕潤綿密像奶油,讓人迷戀的綿潤與甜滋味,放到嘴裡就化掉了。
While eating the Baking Cream Brûlée, I immediately smelled the burning that is very good smell,
The Crème Brûlée is so moist、 smooth and creamy that is quite yummy.
