1013 我的HORIZON

The floor is still cold in the early morning, and outside the window, the sky is a deep indigo, accompanied by the sparse calls of birds. When the sun has yet to wake up, I occasionally rise about an hour earlier than my alarm.

I set up the filter, grind the coffee beans, and place the grounds in the siphon brewer to brew the coffee. After a minute and a half, two cups of black coffee are ready. For mine, I add a bit more water to bring it to the right temperature, while the other cup is mixed with milk to make a latte.

"Jiji." From the room, my lover, still half-asleep, calls out to the cat.

清晨地板仍冰著，窗外是伴隨著稀落鳥鳴的茵藍色天空，太陽還沒醒過來的時候，偶爾我會比鬧鐘還要早起，大概一小時的時間。

裝好過濾墊片，研磨咖啡豆，將咖啡粉放到虹吸式玻璃杯裡面煮滾咖啡。一分半的時間經過，促成兩杯黑咖啡。自己的那一杯會再多加一點水兌開成合適的溫度，另一杯則加入牛奶做成拿鐵。

「吉吉。」房間裡的戀人，半夢半醒之間呼喚貓。
