【品飲筆記】Buronga Hill Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

中等紅寶石色。香氣足。成熟的櫻桃，覆盆子等紅色水果香氣。甘草，香草，奶油的風味。中等酒體，中高酸度，單寧中等偏低，偏柔順，基本上酸度佔據了大部分的口感。中等偏短的尾韻，但有一些蘑菇的口感。基本上這是一隻香氣很宜人，蠻典型的 Cabernet Sauvignon 的調性，但這樣過高的期待反而在入口的時候讓人有一點失望。過高的酸度有點破壞了這支酒的平衡感。也沒有那種 Cabernet Sauvignon 的酒體飽滿，單寧厚實的調性。我覺得應該適合搭配油脂比較沒有那麼牛肉，羊排，紅醬義大利麵等等應該會蠻合適的。

Medium ruby red. In nose there is vibrant aroma with ripe red berry and raspberry andthe note of villina and butter. Medium body. Medium to high acidity. Medium to low, soft tannin and very juicy in mouth. Basically the acidity dominates the palate. Midium to short finish with mushroom note. This is a with from South Eastern Australia with typical Cabernet Sauvignon character and pleasant arome. But high expextation in aroma also brings disappointment in palate. The high acidity breaks the balance of its structure, and it also lacks of body.
