　　Work with my laws, not against them. When you work against them you are fighting a losing battle and will get nowhere. When there is tension in you ,seek within and find out what you are fighting against to cause that tension. You may be sure there is something there holding up your progress and preventing you from reaching your highest good. Let your only desire be to do My will and walk in My ways, and allow nothing to stand in the way to prevent it from taking place. When you take time to seek, you will know what My will is for you , and then it is up to you to obey it without hesitation. When you are working and living in harmony, you will know the meaning of true freedom, freedom of heart, mind and Spirit. You will find untold wisdom and understanding flowing from you . When you are in this state of consciousness, I can use you to help bring down the new heaven and new earth.

　　與上天的法則一起工作，而不是反抗它們。當我反抗它們時，我在打一場必輸的戰役，而且會一事無成。當我的內在有了緊繃感時，向內尋求，找到我在與什麼相抗爭才引起了那緊繃感。我幾乎可以確定有某些事情在延誤我的進展，讓我無法達到我最好的狀態。讓實現上天的意願，行於上天的道上，成為我唯一的願望，並且不要允許任何事阻止或妨礙它的發生。

　　當我花時間去尋求，我就會知道對於我而言，上天的意願是什麼，然後是否要毫不猶豫地服從就取決於我了。當我在和諧中工作與生活時，我就會明白真正自由的涵義，心靈、頭腦及靈魂的自由。我會發現不為人知的智慧與領悟從我之中源源而來。當我處於有意識的狀態，上天就可以使用我，助力於新的天地的到來。
