【品飲筆記】Errazuriz Max Reserva Shiraz 2016

中文品飲筆記

中等偏深的紅寶石色。有豐富的紅色水果像是櫻桃，野莓的香氣。另外還有一些煙燻，火烤，以及煙草和黑胡椒的香氣。入口有中高酸度，帶有新鮮果汁的感覺，單寧的口感還很明顯。酒體中等偏低。尾韻足，有一些濕掉蘑菇伴隨著煙燻的口感。

英文品飲筆記

Ruby red. The wine shows aromas of red fruits like cherry and rasberry, with note of smoke, toast, tobacco and pepper. In the palate it has medium-to-high acidity, juicy and fresh. Medium-to-high tannin. It has potential to age for another 3-5 years. Medium to long finish with wet mashroom and smoke note.
