【參觀亮點四】Christ Church Cathedral（基督學院大教堂）

Christ Church Cathedral（基督學院大教堂）溯及十二世紀Priory of St. Frideswide（聖弗里德斯懷德修道院），在1546年the English Reformation（英國宗教改革）期間成為cathedral（大教堂）。

Christ Church Cathedral（基督學院大教堂）建築含Romanesque（羅馬式的）和Gothic elements（哥德式元素）。

此大教堂Sir Christopher Wren（克里斯托弗·倫爵士）設計的Tom Tower（湯姆塔）是標誌性鐘樓，內部有每晚響101次，標誌著學院大門關閉的Great Tom（大湯姆鐘）。

stained glass window（彩色玻璃窗）、ornate ceiling（華麗的天花板）和tranquil cloister（寧靜的修道院）是參觀者相機照不停的亮點。
