很多人寫英文履歷會遇到不知道怎麼用英文寫自己職務或產業的工作內容，我來分享怎麼用 ChatGPT 這個 AI 軟體幫你找針對你職務內容的英文描述喔~
1. 在Chat GPT 對話框輸入：

"Create resume accomplishments in English for"metrics" 意思就是「指標」，也就是請它產生帶有具體數據成果的履歷描述
你的職務名稱 with metrics"
請幫我用英文產生關於___職務的履歷描述，並要呈現具體工作成果
假設我是軟體工程師，我就輸入：
"Create resume accomplishments in English for
a software engineer with metrics"
接著 ChatGPT 就幫我產生以下的履歷描述：
🎈 Successfully developed a software application that achieved 100,000 users within the first month.
🎈 Collaborated with the product team to launch a new product that achieved a 1000% increase in revenue within three months.
🎈 Contributed to a project that resulted in a 30% earlier completion time and a 40% reduction in cost.
🎈 Improved the performance of an existing software application, resulting in a 25% increase in user satisfaction.
🎈 Developed a new feature for a software application that resulted in a 50% increase in user engagement within the first quarter.
🎈 Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills by identifying and resolving technical issues that improved the stability of the software.
2. 抓出跟你有關的工作內容描述
接著我觀察一下這些描述，抓出可以拿來描述我的工作內容的英文：
👉 launch a new product
發布新產品
👉 developed a software application
開發軟體應用
👉 Improved the performance of ...
改善...的表現
👉 Resolve technical issues
解決技術問題
這些描述都是「一個動詞配一個名詞」直接一組黏在一起記，之後可以直接搬到我的情境裡用
3. 找出適合你描述工作成果數據的講法
接著我把履歷裡可以拿來描述我的工作成果的地方抓出來：
👉 achieved ... users
達成...位使用者
我的OS：
沒錯~ 我也需要描述我做過的產品達成多少個使用者
👉 a 40% reduction in cost.
成本有___%的下降
我的OS：
啊！原來描述某方面數據下降可以用 "a __% reduction in..."
👉 ... that resulted in a 50% increase in user engagement
結果使用者互動增加了__%
我的OS：
噢噢，原來可以用 "that resulted in..." 表達「結果...」，
「某方面數據增加」可以用 "a __% increase in..."
最後把收集到的材料模仿成我的版本
比方說我履歷上想寫：
「我開發一個電商平台，前兩個月達成50,000個訪客」
我就可以用剛剛學到的用法
👉 developed a software application
開發軟體應用
👉 achieved ... users
達成...位使用者
把兩個用法結合變成我的版本：
🔑 Developed an e-commerce platform that achieved 50,000 visitors within the first 2 months.
又如果我履歷上想寫：
「改善一個內部系統的表現，提升了30%的效率」
我就可以用剛剛收集到的用法 ：
👉 Improved the performance of ...
改善...的表現
👉 ...that resulted in a ___% increase in ...
結果...增加了__%
把兩個用法結合變成我的版本：
🔑 Improved the performance of an internal system that resulted in a 30% increase in efficiency.
