台灣剪紙感動蘋果 楊士毅作品 人與動物在大樹下快樂;We are the ones we've been waiting for

「我不是真的想學剪紙，」楊士毅回想當初報名流浪者計畫，只是好奇黃土高原這個困苦的環境，是如何孕育出像是剪花娘子庫淑蘭那樣充滿喜悅和溫暖的作品。實際到了陝西，他發現自己缺乏當地婦女剪紙時展現的單純，因此他說服自己放慢腳步，調整創作的態度，而這一慢，就等了7年。

他說他想把這樣的自然元素帶進都市，讓生活在都市的人有機會被剪紙中的花朵或葉片感動，記得自己是生活在大自然這片土地裡。「大自然給了我很多啟發跟教導，我少遇見一朵花或一片葉子，我現在可能就不是這樣了，」講完他露出感激的神情。

楊士毅口中的啟發跟教導，是他從植物生長的狀態產生的反省和認同。他說花朵不受他人影響，沒人指導，只是按照自己的節奏成長，他說花「只是全心全意的成長它自己，讓自己成為該有的樣子」這點令他佩服又羨慕；樹則是在成長時創造空間讓鳥和人休憩，滋養了別人。而且每當走到一棵樹下，他覺得自己被愛。

Know the river has its destination. 
The elders say we must let go of the shore, and push off and into the river, 
Keep our eyes open, and our head above the water. 
See who is in there with you and Celebrate. 
At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally. Least of all ourselves. 
For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt. 
The time of the lone wolf is over, Gather yourselves! 
Banish the word struggle from your attitude and your vocabulary. 
All that you do now must be done in a sacred manner 
And in celebration.
