【愛自己練習 DAY11】愛之語-精心的時刻

今日愛自己行動：
愛之語-精心的時刻
今天晚餐過後，決定和老公散步去寄貨。
散步去寄貨？！
你可能會想說，一般寄貨不是要用車子載嗎？
沒錯，雖然是今天是雙11購物節，各大電商一年一度大爆單的時刻。
但是我們今天難得要寄的貨只有1件，哈哈哈哈！(笑著笑著就哭了…)
「我們就順便去散散步吧！」
想說一方面可以吃飽後運動一下，一方面又可以寄貨，一舉兩得！
於是我們就帶著那唯一的1件貨出發，中途還到附近公園走走運動。
一路上我們聊著彼此目前手上進行的項目，
執行中遇到哪些問題，以及如何解決等等。
雖然聊這些工作的事很不浪漫約會感，
但我很喜歡這種「一起討論解決方案」的感覺。
即使過程中我們的觀點、想法會有分歧，
但仍可以很安心自在的暢談的秘訣，
是因為我們知道這場對話的目的，不是在於要說服或改變對方什麼。
而是了解彼此真實想法與感受。
老公是個很溫柔又理性溝通的人，他給我的感覺就像大海一樣：
溫暖而寬廣的胸襟，而我真的打從心底佩服他強大的包容力。
因有時都受不了自己的完美主義，還有突然大起伏的情緒。
有一次我在家裡室內點蠟燭，
然後我以為我有用熄它了，就先離開去做別的事。
殊不知有一點點小火苗還沒熄，等到我們再次進屋內，
「天啊！怎麼會這樣？」只見整間房都是白白的煙，
我們趕緊衝上前，把火熄滅，
用最快的速度打開門，讓燒焦的味道盡快散出去。
而老公在這過程中，居然一句責備我的話都沒有，
僅僅是陪我一起善後，用最快時間把眼前的問題解決。
「對不起！我差點把家裡燒了……」
我當下非常自責，怪自己怎麼那麼不小心！
還好發現得早，晚了一步可能就真的燒起來了。
「沒關係啦！下次我們再注意一點就好了。」
老公用他溫暖的笑容撫平我的不安，
那時我看著老公的笑容，心裡浮現一句話，
當下不好意思直接說出來，晚上睡前傳了訊息告訴他：
「好感謝是你，真的。」
我很喜歡今天的精心時刻，
即使沒有什麼多特別的活動，就是平凡日常的走走。
即使沒有浪漫有氣氛的景點，
而是在有點吵雜的街道，與充滿小孩與長輩的公園。
但因為身邊的人，這一切回憶都變得如此珍貴，
每當回想起來時，都會想著：
「好感謝是你，真的。」❤️
附近公園的運動設施，它是讓人在上面類似仰臥起坐，結果我和老公做了一下就躺平吹風
這是躺在那個設(躺)施(椅)的看到的畫面，綠綠的樹葉，搭配涼涼的風吹，好療癒~
❤️今日感恩的事：
- 感謝今天和老公一起散步。
- 感謝今天又完成了日更，哈。
- 感謝婆家的各種溫暖(我想是因為婆家人都那麼溫暖，才會有那麼溫暖的老公吧)。
