感謝重新逐漸傾聽自己聲音的我,無論是透過深層腹式呼吸,或是在不到六小時的睡眠後好好補眠等等,生理上或心理上都有感到新的空間與能量,久違地神清氣爽。
感謝如此安全與便利的社會環境,即使經歷連日陰天,讓我仍能享受暖冬週末的恬靜氣氛。
