Hold an image in your mind of how you wish to see yourself living.
Visualize it every day and you will unconsciously start to do things that will move you towards that goal.
找一個你想要成為的人,了解他的人生軌跡;學習他的行為和思考模式。然後專心一致地套用到你的生活中,專注於你的願景。為自己打做一個每天看到的Vision Board來提醒自己,讓自己努力前行。

除了努力做到謹言慎行,也要每周或每月為自己的行為和消費模式覆盤,找出自己和目標不配合的地方然後改進。再漏洞成為習慣前破除行為循環,同時以進步可視化建立良好模式。最後就可以一步步成為理想中的自己。
