Harvest me while I’m young for the best crisp texture. 阿平伯 / A Ping： 那從種植到可以採收菠菜苔，大概要多久呢？ How long does it take from planting to harvesting spinach shoots? 菠菜苔姑娘 / Miss Spinach Shoots： 菠菜大約 30 到 50 天可以採葉，再過一陣子氣溫升高，我就會冒出來，大約 50 到 70 天左右可以採收嫩苔。 Spinach leaves are ready in about 30 to 50 days. As temperatures rise, I appear around 50 to 70 days, ready to be harvested as tender shoots. 阿平伯 / A Ping： 種植上有什麼要注意的嗎？ Any cultivation tips? 菠菜苔姑娘 / Miss Spinach Shoots： 我喜歡涼爽氣候與排水良好的土壤。若想收成嫩苔，可以在春天氣溫回升時保留植株，但要及時採收，否則會變老變硬。 I prefer cool weather and well-drained soil.
