I’m the tender stem that appears when spinach begins to bolt. Harvest me while I’m young for the best crisp texture. 阿平伯 / A Ping: 那從種植到可以採收菠菜苔,大概要多久呢? How long does it take from planting to harvesting spinach shoots? 菠菜苔姑娘 / Miss Spinach Shoots: 菠菜大約 30 到 50 天可以採葉,再過一陣子氣溫升高,我就會冒出來,大約 50 到 70 天左右可以採收嫩苔。 Spinach leaves are ready in about 30 to 50 days. As temperatures rise, I appear around 50 to 70 days, ready to be harvested as tender shoots. 阿平伯 / A Ping: 種植上有什麼要注意的嗎? Any cultivation tips? 菠菜苔姑娘 / Miss Spinach Shoots: 我喜歡涼爽氣候與排水良好的土壤。若想收成嫩苔,可以在春天氣溫回升時保留植株,但要及時採收,否則會變老變硬。 I prefer cool weather and well-drained soil.
