Golf has become a popular sport all over the world and I am one of its big fans. This is because the word GOLF now stands for four postive meanings: Green, Oxygen, Light and Friendship. My first encounter with Golf was at the age of 12, when my mom introduced me this sport alough she was not good at it at all.
Gold is a very tough and skillful sport. It is very hard for beginners swing the club correctly, not to mention(更不用說) hit the ball into the hole. To be honest, I was desperate in the first year. However, in the next year, I was more familiar with this game. I gained a sense of accoomplishment for hitting the ball straightly. Therefore, After I went to senir hight school, I joined the golf club. We often went to the golf driving range to sharpen our skills on Wednesday. How fun it was to play the sport and chat with friends at the same time! A year later, I was elected the president of the golf club in my school, and I was responsible for teaching the new members the skills of playing golf. Though it was a huge challenge, I shouldered the responsibility as the president. During this teaching process, I got a sense of fulfillment whenever I saw my studdent swing the golf club freely.
In conclusion, playing golf means a lot to me. It is not just a sport but also a connection between friends. We can talk about our daily life and laugh together. Moreover, being the president lets me learn lots of communicaition skills while teaching. For me, playing golf will definitely be my lifelong hobbies and benefit me enormously.
