該怎麼用英文寫求職信？分享一個精簡模板架構讓你套用

有個學生在科技新創公司上班想轉職，問我要怎麼用英文寫求職信(Cover Letter)，所以我想說我來生個模板給大家套用好了😂

求職信其實寫法很多，但我這裡就是提供一個快速把重點交代清楚的版本，如果想寫更花俏也可以自行加油添醋喔~

底下來分享求職信的分段架構跟對應模板句型：

1️⃣ 先解釋寫信動機：

I was excited to see your ad for a + 職務名稱 at 公司名稱.

我很開心可以看到在___公司在找___職務的廣告

2️⃣ 接著概略解釋工作經驗：

I’m a 你的現任職務 with __ years of experience + 你做的工作內容

我是一個有 ___ 年 ___經驗的 ___

3️⃣ 列出你的精華戰績：

In reference to your requirements in the job description, I have:

根據職位描述列出的條件，我有...

(接著列出你履歷上最精華的幾條成就)

4️⃣ 最後表達感謝&期待：

I’d appreciate the opportunity to discuss the position and your needs for the role.

(如果可以的話) 我會很感謝可以跟你討論關於這個職缺的需求

And I look forward to learning more about the position and how I can use my experience to help.

我也期待可以了解這個職位更多，看我的工作經驗能否有可以貢獻的地方

《我來套用看看》

假設我是一個有超過四年專案跟教育企劃經驗的專案經理，我想投Google的產品經理職缺

我可以這樣套用模板：

Dear XXX:

I was excited to see your ad for a product manager at Google.

我很開心可以看到在Google在找產品經理的廣告

I’m a project manager with over 4 years of experience running website projects and proposing business plans on education.

我是一個有超過4年的經驗執行網站專案和規劃教育主題相關商業企劃的專案經理

In reference to your requirements in the job description, I have:

根據職位描述列出的條件，我有...

《補充說明如何用到其他情境》

如果說是在Linekedin或是公司網站先投了履歷，才寄自己的履歷給公司對口信箱的話，開頭那句話可以改成：

Dear ___,

My name is __, and I just submitted my application for the +職務名稱 on LinkedIn/the company website.

我的名字是 ___

我剛剛才在LinkedIn/公司網站投遞我針對___職務的申請

And I noticed that there was an instruction on the listing to forward my resume to this email address.

我有注意到頁面上有要求把我的履歷轉寄到這個email信箱

後面再繼續接著寫你的工作經驗描述：

I’m a 你的現任職務 with _ years of experience + 你做的工作內容

In reference to your requirements in the job description, I have :
