寫信給同事時很常使用 "Kindly inform that...", "Kindly informed that..." 或 "Please be informed that…"
"Kindly inform that...", "Kindly informed that..." 或 "Please be informed that…"
👉 We would like to inform you of an upcoming operations upgrade.
👉 We need to inform the other team of the deadlines.
👉 Would you kindly inform us about the date of the product delivery?
👉 I would appreciate it if you would kindly inform me of any changes to the itinerary.
👉Our team was kindly informed that the prices for the products have been updated.
👉We were kindly informed by your technical support that the software update will address the reported issues.
👉 I was kindly informed during our phone call last week that the contract signing will take place next week.
👉 Please be informed that there has been a change in the project timeline. The new deadline for completion is now XX.
👉 Please be informed that this upgrade is scheduled to take place on XX and is expected to last until YY.
