Let your eye be single, and see yourself whole, perfect and made in My image and likeness. Never belittle yourself or think the worst of yourself. Raise your thinking and be very positive about yourself. If you have made mistakes, learn to forgive yourself and then move forward and upward. I have no need for you to scourge yourself and to go about full of self-concern and self-pity. Do you not realise that when you do so, you shut yourself off from Me and I cannot use you? Keep open; learn from your mistakes. Forget the self completely in love and service to your fellow human beings. As soon as you start thinking of others, the self is forgotten. Service is a great healer, a great renewer of balance and stability. So find out what your very best is, what you are good at; and when you know what it is, then go ahead and give it with your whole heart. Keep moving forward, never backward. 讓我的眼睛是純淨的，並看見我自己是完整的、完美的、以上天的形象與相像創造出來的。永遠不要貶低我自己，或是認為我自己很糟糕。提升我的思想，非常正向地看待我自己。
如果我犯了錯誤，學習去原諒我自己，然後繼續向前、向上前進。上天不需要我去痛斥自己，去到全是過度自我關注與自憐自艾的境地。我難道沒有意識到嗎，當我這樣做時，我將自己關在上天之外，上天根本無法使用我？
保持敞開；從我錯誤中學習。在對我的人類同伴的愛與服務中完全忘記自我。一旦我開始為他人著想，自我就會被忘卻。服務是一個偉大的療癒者，是一個偉大的對平衡與穩定的重建者。
因此找出我最好的是什麼，我所擅長的是什麼；當我知道那是什麼時，就繼續前進全心地將它給予。不斷繼續前行，永不後退。
