孕婦幼兒都適合柑橘類精油1-2%稀釋在甜杏仁油或荷荷芭油


適合各種腸胃不適但按摩要對方向


柑橘好朋友,不同優點

  • 甜橙:快樂
  • 佛手柑:消除壓力
  • 檸檬:淨化清醒
  • 萊姆:放鬆緊張
  • 紅橘:安全感
  • 葡萄柚:消水腫(服用慢性病藥物者避免使用)

Comforting stomach pain with a quick DIY:


How do you handle a child's stomach ache? Peppermint oil isn't suitable for very young children due to its strong scent and skin irritation. For pregnant women and toddlers, citrus essential oils at 1-2% diluted in sweet almond or jojoba oil are recommended.


Effective for various gastrointestinal discomforts, but massage in the right direction. Citrus oils have different benefits:- Sweet Orange: Joy- Bergamot: Stress relief- Lemon: Purifying and awakening- Lime: Relaxation- Blood Orange: Sense of security- Grapefruit: Reduces swelling (avoid if on chronic medication)- Yuzu: Stimulates appetite (avoid if on chronic medication)


⚠️ Avoid sun exposure after applying massage oil.
