「內容不食」結合「用餐」與「逛展」這兩件事,透過視覺、觸覺、嗅覺等多層次感官互動,探討人們在用餐時的行為、記憶與文化脈絡。在內容不食的「菜單」裡,我們融入了人們的用餐習慣,像是候餐時把玩桌上的擺設、把免洗筷包裝折成筷架、或是偷看隔壁座位點了哪些餐點等等。這些微動作將成為與展品互動的重要連結,試圖在食與不食之間,創造出「好像真的吃了些什麼」的錯覺。

Countdown to the Opening of Content Not Edible
Content Not Edible merges the acts of dining and exhibition viewing, challenging the way we experience food. When inedible food design pieces are placed on the table instead of real food, will they still make you feel hungry? Or will the inability to move freely—unlike in a traditional gallery—leave you feeling confined by the dining setup?
In this exhibition’s “menu,” we incorporate familiar dining habits: fiddling with table decor while waiting for food, folding disposable chopstick wrappers into holders, or sneaking a glance at what the next table ordered.
These subtle gestures serve as a crucial bridge between the audience and the exhibits, blurring the line between eating and not eating—creating the illusion that you might have actually consumed something.
The exhibition is open to all. For a deeper understanding of the works, guided tours are available by online reservation. This is more than an exhibition—it’s an artistic feast that redefines sensory experience.
