為自己聽~I read 107 productivity books by Ali Abdaal

This morning, i went back to school for a short discussion with my partner. Luckily, we ended this task before 11 o'clock, and i owed it to the advanced preparation. For we already had rough ideas of what to do for the coming semester, we could have further discussion and came up with concrete materials. At that moment, i felt how important having a pilot/ plan is.

And again, i felt my life was monitored by AI or something like that. When i swiped on cellphone and turned to YT, the top video clip was that a guy read 107 books on productivity.

There are many books guiding us how to work or study effectively, how to lead meaningful lives or how to enhance our life qualities. Each book has its own perspectives, but some are sorta similiar. Thie video maker read 107 books on "productivity" and then presented us with 9 main steps, which are massively quoted in books.

1.     Set our goals
It's not easy to set goals. Most of us don't know what to want for our lives. In modern society, it's almost impossible to starve to death.  So, beyond basic living standards, what do we want?  Authors suggest that we can start with long-term goal, and we may clearer vision. Then, set medium goals for 3-5 years and short-term goals for the coming year.

2.     Break them down.

3.     Create time blocks for must-do things.

4.     Play our days every morning or the night before
Ask “what we have to do today.” Remember to eat that frog first.

5.     Just get started
Procrastination is the enemy.

6.     Stay focus
Multitasking causes 20 % waste of time.Keep working environment clean and clear.  Keep away from things which might distract us.  Out of sight, out of mind.

7.     Make it feel good.

8.     Recharge timely
Take a walk or do some stretches after every working section.  Learning news things also refreshes our minds.

9.     Reflect and review.
Do daily reflection, weekly review and quarterly review.  Are we on our ways to goals? Are these goals my initial ones?
