每个人都有 good will 吗?

Augustine asked Evodius to tell him whether he thought he had a good will


Evodius asked him what a good will was.


Augustine said that a good will is a will by which we desire to live upright and honorable lives and to attain the highest wisdom.


We should ask ourselves that whether we desire an upright and honorable life and fervently will to be wise. We admire that we all have a good will.
