When writing an essay, I'm in the habit of starting with a brainstorming session, jotting down all the words related to the topic that pop into my head.
Then, reconsider and cross out any words that are not quite relevant.
Some may argue that the crossed-out words hold no value, but I don't agree. I believe they are still relevant.
Sometimes, contemplating the crossed-out elements can actually help us.
It depends on how we approach them, the attitude we take, and the perspective we adopt. They can present themselves in different ways.
