英文寫作練習1-我有一個夢

我做了一個夢。在一個寂寞,淒涼的夜晚。我孤零零地一個人,不知往哪一邊走,正在徬徨無助的時候,感到非常的飢餓,覺得一切都沒有希望了。

l had a dream: in a lonely, bleak night. I am alone, I don't know which side to go, when I am helpless, I feel very hungry, and I feel that there is no hope for everything.

如果這時候我死了怎麼辦?我的眼淚幾乎奪眶而出。我大叫了起來:我不要死!就在大叫的同時,父親不知從何處出現,輕輕撫摸著我的頭… …。

What if I die at this moment? My tears almost burst out. I screamed up: I don't want to die! Just while yelling, my father did not know where to come from, gently stroking my head...... .

在朦朧的意識中,我夢見父親,那是一張很大的臉龐,帶著熟悉的眼鏡,正對著我微笑… …。

In the hazy consciousness, I dreamed of my father, and it was a big face, smiling at me with familiar glasses...

之後,我很清楚的聽到父親說:大概是發燒了。父親按手在我的額頭上,測試我的體溫,那時讓我覺得很心安。我在睡夢中一直咳嗽,父親便叫我起床打太極拳。

After that, I heard my father very clearly saying: You probably had a fever. My father put his hands on my forehead and tested my temperature, which made me feel at ease. I've been coughing in my sleep, and my father told me to get up and play tai chi.

上面的故事是我從一本書叫做"夢的秘密"所摘錄的,其中的一部分是書上所寫的,另外一部分是我小時候的記憶。這本少年科學叢書,就是我研究夢境的開始。

The story above is an excerpt from a book called The Secret of Dreams, part of it is written in the book, and the other part is the memory of my childhood. This science book for teenagers is the beginning of my study of dreams.

我認為畫畫是捕捉夢境,最快速也是最有效率的方法。當你醒來時,發現自己還在夢境當中,趕快拿一張紙,畫出或者寫下你的夢境,這是很有意義的事情!


I think drawing is the fastest and most efficient way to capture dreams. When you wake up, find yourself in a dream, quickly take a piece of paper, draw or write down your dream, this is a very meaningful thing!

夢境是人們在睡眠當中所看到或所聽到的種種事物,並讓自己有所感覺的一種現象;而睡眠則是保持健康身體不可或缺的重要活動。

Dreams are what people see or hear in their sleep that make you feel. Sleep is an essential activity to maintain a healthy body.

人們一旦進入睡眠,在前30分鐘是睡眠最深刻的時候,這種深度大約可以保持一個小時或一小時半,之後會有自然的身體活動,例如:翻身。再來睡眠會逐漸變淺,此時的睡眠稱為REM睡眠。搖醒正在REM睡眠的人,問他們是否在作夢,幾乎一半以上的人都會說是。

Once people fall into sleep, the first 30 minutes are the deepest time of sleep. This depth can be held for about an hour or an hour and a half, followed by natural physical activity, such as turning over. Sleep will gradually become lighter, this time sleep is called REM sleep. Wake up people who are sleeping in REM and ask if they are dreaming, almost half of them will say yes.
