概要
繼上一篇分析文，本文接續分析Part 7-1 第149-151 題的報導文章。
報導文章的閱讀技巧：要釐清「報導的主體（題）」是誰。雖然報導中經常涉及大量背景資訊，參雜次要的人物或實體，只要釐清報導的主體，應該能整理出與之相關的資訊。解析
這篇報導有兩個明顯的陷阱：
一、開頭以 Salinas Products 入題，可能讓讀者誤以為主題是關於食品銷售商(food distributor)
二、Pablo Benavidez同時也是食品企業主，擁有數十間「連鎖餐廳」(restaurant chain)
閱讀時需要區別「主體，」以及與主體直接相關的「客體。」
題目提示主體是 Mr. Benavidez；閱讀方向也是找到與之相關的重點資訊。
