How long does it take from planting to harvest? 清香紫蘇 / Fragrant Perilla: 如果用扦插或播種,大約 30–40 天就能開始摘葉,而且摘了還會繼續長。 If grown from cuttings or seeds, I’m ready to harvest in about 30–40 days, and the more you pick, the more I grow. 阿愛姨 / A-Ai: 種植上有什麼要注意的嗎? Any cultivation tips? 清香紫蘇 / Fragrant Perilla: 我喜歡充足日照、土壤保持濕潤但排水良好。夏天高溫時要注意遮蔭,避免葉片灼傷。 I prefer full sunlight and well-drained, consistently moist soil. In hot summers, some shade prevents leaf burn. 阿愛姨 / A-Ai: 大家常拿妳來泡茶、入菜或做裝飾,營養價值呢? People often use you in teas, dishes, or as garnish. Leaves can be harvested about 30–45 days after sowing. Regular pinching encourages branching and fuller leaf growth.
