不知道大家會不會跟我一樣一直以為口感溫潤的四神湯是很簡單的料理呢?
其實要煮得很簡單也是可以啦~但所長從小到大吃的都是不平凡的版本(挺胸)
從小我阿嬤在四神湯裡面的豬腸就會特別處理過,從清洗、去腥、去除多餘油脂、塞腸子和燉煮的時間都下滿多功夫的,也謝謝新譯漢方@seeinherbtw的邀請,我才有這個機會想到可以和阿嬤討教這道菜的作法,透過自己執行每一個繁瑣步驟,也可以從中確實感受到阿嬤超疼愛我的心(暖)
