「After choosing your topic, decide who will do pro (for) and con (against) and who will be the moderator.The moderator should introduce the show, give the purpose of the debate, the introduction and conclusion (give their opinion of the arguments presented by both speakers).

Saturated fats contain vitamins A, D, E, and the cholesterol from saturated animal fat is needed for the proper function of serotonin receptors in the brain.
Moreever, meat provides all the essential ingredients, as well as essential nutrients such as B vitamins.
Most plant foods do not provide adequate levels of all the essential ingredients .

According to our programs
“there is no evidence” that moderate consumption of unprocessed lean red meat has any negative health effects. Besides, saturated fats from meat are not to blame for modern diseases, for examples: heart disease, cancer.
While, chemically processed such as vegetable oils, for instance: corn cause these conditions because they contain harmful fats formed during processing.
Lean red meat, can be a healthful part of a balanced diet.
A diet that includes meat does not raise risk of disease.
Q?
A diet that includes fish provides the body with essential omega-3 fatty acids. However, vegetarians can not intake these from daily life. How do you take omega-3 from vegetables?
Have you ever tried vegetarian food? Why do you prefer carnivorous diet ?
Carnivorous diet:
A carnivorous diet primarily consists of animal flesh, including meat, poultry, and seafood. However, it's important to note that excessive consumption of certain types of animal products, particularly processed meats.
From my perspective, individuals may choose a carnivorous diet due to personal preferences, cultural traditions, or the belief that animal-based foods provide essential nutrients in a more easily form.
