How long does it take from sowing to harvest? 芫荽葉小妹 / Little Coriander: 大約 30 到 45 天就能開始摘葉,如果天氣涼爽,我會長得特別好。 About 30 to 45 days after sowing, my leaves are ready to harvest. I grow especially well in cool weather. 阿愛姨 / A-Ai: 種植上有什麼要注意的嗎? Any cultivation tips? 芫荽葉小妹 / Little Coriander: 我喜歡陽光充足或半日照環境,土壤要排水良好。氣溫太高容易抽苔開花,香氣就會變淡。 I prefer full sun to partial shade with well-drained soil. If it’s too hot, I bolt quickly and flower, and my flavor becomes milder. 阿愛姨 / A-Ai: 妳常常出現在湯品、涼拌菜和麵食上,香氣真的很加分。營養也不少吧? You’re often added to soups, salads, and noodles.
