根據 SMART 原則去管理自己的實踐計畫,並且每隔兩周檢驗一次 SMART 原則能夠幫助我們更貼近實際狀況去制定我們的行動計劃,會先從資源盤點開始,確定我們的實踐方法是可行的,並且訂下一個確切可檢驗成功的目的,盡量是可以量化的。這樣我們更容易避免空想、時間的浪費以及目標方向的混亂。 S- Specific: Define what exactly you will be able to do. Specify how this will be accomplished. M - Measurable: Establish criteria for how a goal is to be achieved. Measurable does not refer to a timeline; it means determining a way to measure the success in completing the long-range goal. Describe how you will know when the goal is achieved. A - Action-oriented: Identify how to acquire the means to achieve the goals. You should be proactive in taking action that will result in reaching the desired goal. R - Realistic: Strive for attainable goals, considering the resources and constraints relative to the situation. T - Time Based: Allow up to 8 months to complete each goal, as relative to typical mentorship cycle timeline.
