阿平伯好,各位朋友大家好!羽衣甘藍這幾年真的很多人關心,很開心有機會跟大家分享。 Hello A Ping and everyone! Kale has become very popular in recent years. I’m happy to share more about it today.

那我們先從生長期開始吧。羽衣甘藍從播種到收成大概需要多久呢? Let’s start with the growing period. How long does it take for kale from sowing to harvest?
羽衣甘藍伯 / Kale Uncle:
羽衣甘藍大約需要 50 到 60 天,比一般葉菜慢一點,但葉子厚實、營養也更集中。它喜歡涼爽的氣候,溫差大反而長得好。 Kale usually takes about 50–60 days to harvest. It grows slower than common leafy greens, but the leaves are thicker and more nutrient-dense. It prefers cool weather, and temperature differences actually help it grow better.

那在種植上,有沒有什麼特別需要注意的地方? Are there any special things farmers should pay attention to when growing kale?
羽衣甘藍伯 / Kale Uncle:
土壤一定要排水好,不能積水,不然根容易爛。生長初期要注意蟲害,但等葉子硬起來後,其實相對好照顧。 Good drainage is very important; standing water can cause root rot. Pests are more common early on, but once the leaves toughen, kale becomes relatively easy to manage.

很多人說羽衣甘藍是「超級食物」,你會怎麼介紹它的營養價值? Many people call kale a “superfood.” How would you describe its nutritional value?
羽衣甘藍伯 / Kale Uncle:
羽衣甘藍富含維生素 A、C、K,鈣和抗氧化成分也很高,對骨骼、心血管和免疫力都很好。不管打成綠拿鐵,還是拌炒、烤來吃,都很適合。 Kale is rich in vitamins A, C, and K, and also high in calcium and antioxidants. It supports bone health, cardiovascular health, and immunity. It’s great for smoothies, stir-fries, or even baked as chips.

Full sunlight helps produce thicker, healthier leaves. --- 📜 羽衣甘藍由來 / History & Name Origin 羽衣甘藍起源於地中海沿岸,是最古老的甘藍類蔬菜之一。名稱中的「Kale」來自古北歐語,意指「捲曲的葉子」。近年因其高營養價值,被譽為「超級食物」。 Kale originated along the Mediterranean coast and is one of the oldest cultivated cabbage varieties. The name “kale” comes from Old Norse, meaning “curly leaves.” In recent years, it has gained fame as a “superfood.” --- 💚 營養價值 / Nutritional Benefits 富含 維生素 A、C、K / Rich in Vitamins A, C, K 含 鈣、鉀與鐵質 / Contains calcium, potassium, and iron 高 抗氧化成分,有助抗發炎 / High in antioxidants, supports anti-inflammatory health 低熱量、高營養密度 / Low in calories, high in nutrient density --- 🌟 小貼士 / Quick Tip 羽衣甘藍纖維較粗,建議汆燙或按摩後再料理,較好入口;腸胃較弱者可少量食用,搭配油脂有助脂溶性維生素吸收。 Kale has a tougher texture; blanching or massaging the leaves makes it easier to eat.
