面試前準備事項和把握原則　　

• 研究：查閱職位說明和公司網站上的關鍵字，並準備故事來展示相關技能和經驗。

• 思考：反思申請的動機，找出自己的優點和缺點，這樣你就能清晰明確地展現自己。

• 展現：使用具體的例子來展示你的動機和優點，並解釋你過去如何發展和應用它們。

• 證明：突出你的主要優點和能力，並展示它們如何使你成為該職位和公司的最佳選擇。

• 練習：與朋友或家人練習常見的面試問題，並專注於開發清晰簡潔的回答，展示你的優點和經驗。

Research - 使用 Chat GPT 快速分析目標職位的關鍵能力

在撰寫職位描述的第一步，我們可以先將目標職位刊登的職位內容，複製貼上至Chat GPT，以快速分析出職位所需要的3-5個關鍵能力。以下，我將以我透過Chat GPT所撰寫出一份關於某 FMCG公司，招聘 Digital Marketing Intern 的職缺如下：

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and websites.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Conduct research on the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Brand, and eCommerce, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
• Help manage social media accounts, including creating and publishing engaging content, monitoring user engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
• Support in the planning and execution of events and activations that align with the brand’s marketing goals.
• Assist in the creation of digital assets, including graphics, videos, and landing pages.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hootsuite, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

1. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and techniques: The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
2. Digital marketing tools proficiency: The candidate should be familiar with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hootsuite, etc.
3. Research and analytical skills: The candidate should be able to conduct research on the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and tools to stay ahead of the competition, as well as monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
4. Communication and collaboration skills: The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Brand, and eCommerce, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
5. Creativity and adaptability: The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging content and digital assets, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Reflection - 編輯自我介紹，突顯關鍵能力

在面試中，自我介紹是展示個人能力和適合該職位的機會。首先，應該簡要介紹自己的學歷和背景，並簡單闡述申請該職位的動機。之後，即可針對我們透過Chat GPT 獲得該職缺所需具備的關鍵能力的說明，著重在三個主要的特徵上，這些特徵應符合您的背景、興趣、個性等，在這個階段突出個人的優勢，證明你是合適的候選人(candidate) 。　

以下提供 30 秒版本：

當應對不同面試要求時，我建議撰寫 60 秒 以及 90 秒 版本的自我介紹。需要注意的是，自我介紹僅是面試的第一部分，其後我們需要就過去的經驗和能力，進一步展現自己符合該職位要求且有能力勝任。透過這些具體經歷，我們可以展現自己所具備的2至3個特質和能力。最後，我們需要綜合上述動機、特質和能力，說明自己對該職位有熱忱並且符合自身職涯發展規劃。因此，在自我介紹這個部分中，建議耗費時間約20至30%。

以下提供 60 秒版本：

1. 簡單說明學歷背景：Hi, I'm Alex, a current student at National Taiwan University majoring in Political Science and minoring in Economics.
2. 敘述申請該職位動機：I'm excited to apply for the Digital Marketing Intern position at your company as I have a passion for exploring the ever-evolving world of digital marketing.
3. 針對該職缺所需具備的關鍵能力說明：I believe I would be a strong fit for this role as I have a solid foundation in digital marketing concepts and techniques, as well as strong research and analytical skills to analyze and optimize campaign performance. Furthermore, my strong communication and collaboration skills allow me to work effectively in cross-functional teams and ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.

在自我介紹中，我們可以簡單介紹自己的學歷背景和申請該職位的動機，這邊的內容基本上不需要做太大的變動。然而，在針對該職缺所需具備的關鍵能力時，我們可以在 60 秒版本 中更具體地描述自己的能力和特點，並創造一個具體的畫面，以讓面試官感受到你對公司組織運作的理解程度。在以上例子中，我們可以看到兩個版本的不同之處，60 秒版本 在說明自己的關鍵能力時，更加具體，不僅強調了自己的數位行銷概念和技術基礎，還特別提到了自己的研究分析能力，以及強大的溝通和協作能力，能夠在跨部門團隊中有效地工作，確保所有渠道的訊息和品牌聲音一致。

Show - 以經歷展現動機和特質能力

在自我介紹的第二階段，我們可以透過自己在學校、工作或其他經驗中所累積的成果和能力，來向面試官展現自己對該職缺的興趣和適合度，證明自己具備在第一階段所呈現的關鍵能力。除了在校園中參與的社團、自己的 side project、課堂報告、研究室經驗、打工或實習經驗等等，還可以列舉其他相關經驗和成果。例如，曾經參加過相關產業的研討會、參與過團隊合作完成的專案、撰寫過相關領域的論文或文章等等。透過這些具體的案例，可以更清楚地展現自己在相關領域的專業知識和技能。

在回答面試官的問題時，我們需要注意以下幾點：首先是言辭表達要清晰，不要讓面試官有理解上的困難；其次是回答問題要有重點，不要過度冗長或偏離主題；再者是注意自己的情緒和態度，要有自信、禮貌且尊重對方。此外，也可以在回答問題時，透過舉例或者是用個人經驗來增加回答的說服力，讓面試官更能夠了解自己的專業知識和技能。
