Why are some kids so precocious? As a children's book author and book publisher, Mr. Hao works with adults (and children) on the subjects of storytelling, picture books, and early reading. In this talk, Mr. Hao shares with us that behind each exceptional kid is a parent who has given the child the freedom to explore and learn. 「大人該讓小孩了解，只要他們想要，他們能夠用最大的翅膀來飛翔！」作為長期以來推行台灣兒童文化的推手，郝廣才想和大家分享大人如何幫助孩子突破自己的極限。小孩能完成的事情並不比大人少，甚至能運用他們無畏的想像力，讓這個世界能變得更好。

Mr. Hao is a renowned children's book author, publisher, and advocate. His passion for books, storytelling, and education has motivated him to write and publish over hundreds of books for adults and children. Mr. Hao wishes to make reading the best form of entertainment for both parents and kids alike, as he sincerely believes that many of the world's problems stem from folks who didn't develop a habit of reading at a young age.

裡面有一段話是關於孩子考試的選擇題是：「下面哪一個東西會生長?」選項有：「小草、種子、桃樹」，標準答案是：「小草」，種子會發芽，而桃樹會開花。語文的教育不是文學教育，它是一個思考的教育，因為人是在用語言思考。

一直都很關心教育方面的議題，關於教育、教養，之前聽過一句話提到，有時候不是我們教導孩子，反而是孩子教導我們，孩子以天真的方式讓我們看見曾經小時候的自己，以天真的方式用著珍貴的想像力做夢，用著樂觀的方式在面對生活，也讓我們去反思我們能如何重新對待孩子，也學習重新面對自己內在的孩子，希望未來能陪著孩子長大的同時，也陪著自己內在的孩子一起去探索與成長，不斷地從孩子身上看見無限的可能與想像力，不去拘束孩子的成長，不去干涉孩子擁有獨立思考的選擇能力，我們能做的便是無條件的陪伴與支持。
