介紹ADDIE

The ADDIE model, a framework for instructional design, originated in the early 1970s. While there isn't a single founder, its development and widespread adoption are largely credited to experts in the field of training and education within the U.S. military context.

In 1975, educational psychologist Robert G. Gagne, working with the United States Air Force, outlined a systematic instructional design approach in his work "The Conditions of Learning: Theory of Instruction." This approach included phases such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, which can be seen as a precursor to the ADDIE model.

Subsequently, the model gained acceptance and utilization across various educational and training contexts. It was adapted and customized to meet diverse instructional and learning needs. Despite its relatively short history, the ADDIE model has become a fundamental instructional design approach employed by many educational institutions and training organizations.
