【英文信系列05】不在座位上、已離職的自動回覆訊息該怎麼寫?

有時候去休假,可以設定自動回覆訊息(out of office message),方便你的聯絡人找到你的代理人或知道你的狀況,而離職也可以設定一樣的訊息,方便你的聯絡人找到下一任交接者。


休假中

  1. I am currently away on official travel, returning June 13.  While away I will have limited access to email and may not be able to respond to your message until I am back. Thank you for your understanding.  
  2. Thank you for writing. I am away from my desk until Friday, August 6, 2021. I will respond to your message next week.
  3. Thanks for your message. I am currently out of the office and will return on Friday, March 1st. My response to your emails will be delayed during this time. If you need immediate assistance please contact: abc@gmail.com

離職

  1. I should let you know that I will be transitioning out of my role here at the Center at the end of the month. We are in the process of hiring my successor at the moment and I’ll be sure to make the proper introductions with you so that the partnership can continue after I am gone.
  2. It’s been such a pleasure to work with you.
