font-family: Menlo, Consolas, Monaco, monospace; font-size: 94%; } </style></head><body><div class=article-container><ul class=lexical__ul><li value=1 class=graf--li><span style=white-space: pre-wrap;>2024/5/5</span></li><li value=2 class=graf--li><span style=white-space: pre-wrap;>分享工作上的一些心得</span></li><li value=3 class=graf--li><span style=white-space: pre-wrap;>工作上最近有一些心力交瘁,感覺有時候事情真的忙太多,沒辦法好好釐清所有事情的優先順序,有時候稍有遺漏,就一直被唸忘東忘西,沒有花心力去記事情。</span></li><li value=4 class=graf--li><span style=white-space: pre-wrap;>另外,加上判斷的標準有時候沒那麼全面,常常看的角度是偏向個人的,工程師面向的,比較低層面的,這時又會被唸說你是什麼角色,看事情的嚴謹度這麼差,你已經是team leader了,你需要守的防線應該要比一般工程師更積極,更不能鬆懈降低標準,如果大家對品質的態度是1,你被賦予的角色應該就會是10,不能所有事都是我(指老闆他自己)要親自處理,這樣對嗎?</span></li><li value=5 class=graf--li><span style=white-space: pre-wrap;>最近又發生一件事,關於部門有一些缺失要處理,有幾件事我確實沒有做好,該仔細想想改善方式怎麼處理比較好。</span></li></ul><ol class=lexical__ol><li value=1 class=graf--li><span style=white-space: pre-wrap;>一開始,rule制定沒有想的夠全面,導致在執行上有太多人為判斷,大家知道,當SOP要有人去做判斷,加上定義不嚴謹,遲早有人會當替死鬼,就是誰倒楣踩到雷的問題。</span></li><li value=2 class=graf--li><span style=white-space: pre-wrap;>更慘的那件事情當天判斷是我值班,我僅僅依照最基本的SOP行事,事後回到看,就會被放大來說,我這麼資深,怎麼沒有多想一步,多考慮一些風險面向,最後因為少做什麼,沒有經過討論事情的發生,雖然跟SOP定義不太一樣,這還是應該要多想到的,應該要多想想全面性才對。</span></li><li value=3 class=graf--li><span style=white-space: pre-wrap;>缺失最後爆發發生在假日,第一時間因為家裡有事,沒看到即時訊息,事後又被老闆唸說:「這以前,這種事即使發生在假日,我還是會第一時間快點查完,跟當時老闆回報,而不是我現在開電腦,查完,問其他單位類似狀況,才發現怎麼一回事,應該這是你的角色,是你應該查完跟我回報才對」。雖然有解釋家中有事問題,老闆也只有說這是工廠,也只能家裡多擔當一些才行。唉,這也是我一直沒很喜歡這份工作的原因之一(24小時待命)。</span></li></ol></div></body></html>
