VOO呼吸法
這是一種呼吸運動,類似瑜伽的“ Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo”。吸氣後,接著在呼氣的過程中,發出深沉且長的 ”Voo”或”Ong”聲音。使聲音在整個頭部產生最大的振動,注意頭部的振動感。這樣的發聲方式,其產生的振波,輕輕振動器官和肌肉,特別是身體核心區域,使其放鬆,促使迷走神經啟動。
