In this world, the only ones who can get something for nothing are probably the poor!
Lately, I've been reading a lot of novels. The protagonists in these stories always seem to stumble upon some amazing system while walking on the street. They just have to sign in every day to earn a ton of money, and as long as they lie down and take it easy, they become super successful. They have skills, money, and businesses, but none of it is thanks to their efforts; it's all thanks to the system. They don't have to work hard at all w(°o°)w.
(Actually, the system is the real protagonist here! Because the main character's skills, wealth, appearance, figure, and business—all of it comes from the system. Without the system, he's nothing.)
Why aren't these protagonists afraid? It's not like they worked hard to achieve everything; aren't they afraid that one day, the system will say, "I'm going on vacation, see ya!" And then they'll lose everything?
I don't like these kinds of novels. They make me feel like I don't need to put in any effort. I prefer protagonists in novels to have various qualities and, at the very least, to be good-hearted and have good morals. They shouldn't be filled with this lazy and greedy mindset. I really don't like it ಠ▃ಠ.
